Very disappointing experience. I believe this shop may have changed ownership, and unfortunately the service quality has declined. The attitude was poor, and the way they handled customer concerns was very unprofessional. I requested to stop the repair and have my vehicle returned to its original condition. Instead, a new issue was created, and the person in charge refused to take responsibility, simply saying that it was not their problem. A good repair shop should stand behind its work and treat customers with respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I would not recommend this shop. Update in response to the owner Thank you for your response, but I would like to clarify what happened. When I brought my vehicle to your shop, I was told that an inspection was needed before providing a repair estimate. I paid the diagnostic fee, but afterward I was informed that the issue could not be determined and no repair plan could be provided. I decided to stop the repair and requested that my vehicle be returned to its original condition. Before bringing my vehicle to your shop, the window was working properly. Horrible experience. I asked for an oil change to use Groupon. The guy said I needed an oil pan change before doing an oil change. I was ok with that. He stated it was be $490.00. I disagreed with the price and he removed my vehicle out of their garage. Two days later, I noticed slight smoke under neath my hood and smelled oil burning. He removed the cap and never put it back on and oil splashed all under my hood. I went to Walmart to go get some 5w-30 to fill some of the oil back into the engine. I will never come back to Kwik kar after that poor service.

Been there for oil change twice now. This is an honest and hardworking shop. Speedy and no up-sales. They didn't try to sell me any unwanted or services that I didn't ask for. They did what you went there for and be done. Best experience I've had.

Whoever the guy is wearing glasses with a beard. I’m not sure if he’s Indian or Hispanic, but he was rude as hell I was trying to use a Groupon for an oil change I called and to schedule an appointment like I was supposed to the guy told me to come in at 3 PM. When I came in he asked me what service I needed. I told him the Groupon I have comes with 5qt full synthetic and that I would like to pay for an extra qt because my Challenger takes 6 He told me that it was gonna cost me $39 extra for a air filter and the oil I told him the Groupon I just spent was already $48 in that case could I just get the 5 quarts? I already paid for and call it a day. He told me No which is understandable but it’s the way he spoke to me, ”No you can just have your money back then”. and then he told me I should’ve told him that over the phone before I came in and when I was trying to get a better understanding about the whole extra $39 fee he spoke fast and spoke over me the whole entire time to a point where I told him OK, never mind I felt belittle because I was using a Groupon. Won’t have to hear from me again.

Perfect job! Have been procrastinating, taking my car Into a shop since the last freeze (3 months) to fix my window wipers. They gave me a quote, had it fixed, gave me a free wiper and fixed my rear light bulb (that also went out) all for under hundred dollars. Coming from New York this is exactly where I will be coming from now on. This place is down the street, cheap, and here for the community! They also have free water and coffee while u wait!
